Producer & Model Coach
Ashley Max-Dixon, known as “Max,” is a dynamic leader in the community and an esteemed Columbus Fashion Council board member. With 15 years of experience in the fashion scene, Max is renowned for a keen eye for talent and an unwavering passion for nurturing emerging models.
Max's impressive portfolio includes collaborations with major brands like Lane Bryant, Christian Siriano, Amazon, and Macy's, showcasing a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight.
Max embodies the spirit of innovation and community in the fashion industry, curating over $2.5 million in modeling earnings while living and working in the Midwest. Despite being rooted in the heart of America, Max's influence and expertise have spanned the globe, with travels to fashion hubs like Hong Kong, New York, Guatemala, India, and Vietnam.
Max’s leadership is a testament to the power of vision and dedication, making a significant impact on the fashion world one model at a time.

shanyn fiske
Photographer
Shanyn Fiske is a commercial and fashion photographer based in New York City and Philadelphia. Her photos have been on the boards of major agencies around the world like Wilhelmina, Ford, Stetts, Click, Curv, The Rock, Select, Boom, Bridge, and many others.
Her fashion photography has been published in Harper’s Bazaar, VOGUE and other major outlets as well as billboards in Times Square. In addition to her work for modeling agencies, she has shot everything from sportswear brands to intimates to jewelry and is dedicated to helping both models and brands tell their unique visual story.
She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and currently directs the graduate program in English and Media Studies at Rutgers University.
She brings her background as an educator to her work on set and is passionate about capturing the beauty and potential of the talent in front of her lens.
Ludie Senatus
Makeup Artist
Ludie Senatus is a distinguished Haitian-American makeup artist and photo stylist with over two decades of creative experience both in front of and behind the lens.
She specializes in the “no makeup makeup look,” which is desirable throughout the fashion industry for model portfolios.
Ludie has extensive experience working with all different skin tones, ethnicities, hair textures, and is a master of enhancing without hiding your natural beauty.
Having contributed to more than 50 publications, her work has been featured in prominent magazines like VOGUE, InStyle Magazine, Schön! Magazine, and many more.
Ludie's expertise spans a range of services, including commercial, print, and fashion styling. She is known for her creative vision and ability to enhance the natural beauty of her clients through her artistry.
Her unique aesthetic and professional acumen have made her a sought-after professional, collaborating with top-tier clients and publications.
Caleb Doranz
Videographer and Filmmaker
Caleb is based in New York and Philadelphia. He has filmed promotional and advertising videos for real estate developers, fashion designers, musicians and artists. An adept editor and social media manager, he also works for major TikTok creators and YouTube influencers.
Caleb captures all of our behind-the-scenes footage on set and handles all of our promotional videos for our social channels and website.

Production Assistant
Cece is an essential part of our team. Her primary focus is to ensure that every detail of the model's experience runs smoothly and assists with any on-set needs.
Cece is currently a student pursuing a career in digital animation, bringing her creative vision and technical skills to enhance the production process.
